Arcadia is a Salesforce Consulting Partner

We are glad to announce that Arcadia has become a Salesforce Consulting Partner. This confirms Arcadia's expertise in implementing and configuring Salesforce products and gives access to exclusive support and training opportunities of Salesforce.

To achieve the Partner status, Arcadia has passed a complex multi-step assessment process. According to Salesforce requirements, our experts should update their certificates three times a year to prove that they are aware of all updates and changes in Salesforce products.

What we do:

  • consulting: analysing the client's needs and business processes in order to find the best strategy of implementing Salesforce products;
  • configuring and customizing Salesforce CRM with minimal custom coding and maximal utilisation of built-in tools;
  • development of Salesforce extensions;
  • integration with other business systems;
  • data migration from any CRM to Salesforce keeping data consistency and uninterrupted operation.

In future, we plan to foster the Salesforce practice in Arcadia:

  • continue growing our expertise in Health, Einstein, Marketing, Commerce, Experience Salesforce clouds, Field Service Lightning, Tableau;
  • continue training and certification of our staff;
  • expand service offering.
